Shah Rahmat is a highly respected figure in the global energy trading sector, with more than 30 years of experienceacross oil, gas, and commodities markets. His career spans senior leadership roles in multinational trading houses and government-linked institutions, where he was instrumental in building supply corridors, managing geopolitical risk, and executing high-volume physical trades across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

At Albatros Energy, he serves as Chairman of the Group, overseeing corporate governance, strategic direction, and high-level counterparty engagement. His leadership ensures that every trade and strategic decision is anchored in regulatory discipline, institutional-grade compliance, and long-term credibility. Under his stewardship, Albatros Energy continues to strengthen its reputation as a trusted trading partner across jurisdictions.

Anjar Kusumadinata is a strategic entrepreneur and private investor with a proven track record in cross-border trade, energy, and real asset investment. With deep roots in Southeast Asia’s business landscape, he has built and led multiple ventures across wealth management, mining, and logistics, before founding Albatros Energy to consolidate his vision for a focused, compliant, and ESG-aligned energy trading firm.

As Founder & President Director, Anjar drives the company’s long-term vision, trade execution philosophy, and counterparty ecosystem. He is directly involved in structuring key trading relationships, developing market access strategies, and positioning Albatros Energy as a boutique trading house that balances performance with purpose.
